For stock designs, MOQ is 3,000 linear meters per design/color. For custom designs, MOQ is 5,000 – 8,000 linear meters depending on the printing cylinder. New partners can place a single-roll trial order.

Yes. A4-size samples and our sample book are free of charge — you only cover the courier fee (DHL/FedEx, usually 3–5 days). For lamination trials we can also send 5–10 m full-width rolls at cost price.

Absolutely. Send us a reference photo, physical board or design file. Our studio develops the texture in about 10 days. Exclusive designs can be locked to your company for your market with an agreed annual volume.

15–25 days for standard orders after deposit and color confirmation. Stock designs with available inventory can ship within 7–10 days.

Every batch is strictly checked against your previous shipment sample and our standard reference sample to ensure zero color deviation. We archive master rolls for every client design for at least 5 years.

In most cases yes. Tell us your machine brand, glue type (PUR/EVA) and substrate — our engineers will recommend the right film structure and share parameter sheets. We can also join a video call during your first trial run.

T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) is standard. For long-term partners we support L/C at sight and flexible terms. All payments go to our verified company account — we never ask you to pay personal accounts.

Each roll is wound on a hard paper core, wrapped in moisture-proof film, capped at both ends and packed in export cartons on fumigation-free pallets.

We ship FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou by default, and support CIF/CFR to any major port worldwide. EXW and DDP are available on request. Our forwarder network covers Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
